Thank you for shopping with Maya Einayah. We are committed to delivering your premium outfits promptly and securely. Here are the details of our shipping process:

Order Processing & Dispatch

Because we offer both ready-to-wear and customized options, our processing times vary depending on the items in your cart:

• Unstitched Articles: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Ready-to-Wear (Stitched): Processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

• Custom Stitched Orders: Require additional time for premium tailoring and quality checks. Dispatched within 5–7 working days atleast.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Karachi: 1–2 working days.

• Nationwide (Rest of Pakistan): 3–5 working days.

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during major sales events, new collection launches, or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide.

Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer secure Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, local and international card payments along with payments through local payment wallets across Pakistan.

• Advance Payment for Custom/Large Orders: For custom stitching requests or high-value orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, we may require a partial advance payment via Bank Transfer to confirm the order. Our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp if this applies to your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's journey to your doorstep.
