At Maya Einayah, we want you to love what you ordered. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help you get it sorted. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 5 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure your items meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Tags: All original tags and packaging must still be attached.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, [e.g., swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, or innerwear] cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Ship: Drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
💰 Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send you a Whatsapp notification.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Want a different size or color? The fastest way to guarantee you get the item you want is to return the original piece for a refund and place a new order online. Alternatively, you can request a direct exchange through our support team at Whatsapp, subject to stock availability.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality control, but if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Whatsapp Number within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
